We’re currently supporting secondary schools across West Sussex with their recruitment plans for the new academic year and are looking to speak with teachers from all subject specialisms.

Whether you teach English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, MFL, Computing, Performing Arts, or another subject area, we’d love to help match you with a school that suits your teaching style and career goals.

The Role

  • Teaching within your subject specialism
  • Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Supporting student progress and achievement
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
  • Maintaining a safe and productive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within a UK secondary school
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation
  • SEN experience welcomed but not essential
