Pay: £92.63 – £99.45 per day

Supply Desk is seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary and secondary settings throughout West Sussex.
Whether you’re an experienced SEN TA or have a background in care, youth work, support work, or coaching, this is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to thrive.
Many of the pupils you’ll work with have needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, or learning barriers. Your role will be to provide consistency, encouragement, and support throughout their school day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Assisting pupils with learning and classroom engagement
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies
- Helping create an inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people is desirable
- A patient, calm, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for supporting SEN learners
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
