Supply Desk is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a welcoming specialist setting. Working alongside experienced teachers, you’ll help pupils overcome barriers to learning while celebrating every success along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and small group support.
  • Assist with classroom learning and interventions.
  • Encourage independence and confidence.
  • Support pupils with communication and social skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff.
  • Help create a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience supporting children is desirable.
  • Positive, caring attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Passion for SEND education.
  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
