Supply Desk is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a welcoming specialist setting. Working alongside experienced teachers, you’ll help pupils overcome barriers to learning while celebrating every success along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and small group support.
- Assist with classroom learning and interventions.
- Encourage independence and confidence.
- Support pupils with communication and social skills.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff.
- Help create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience supporting children is desirable.
- Positive, caring attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for SEND education.
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
