We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work across supportive primary and secondary schools in the Chichester area.
About the Role:
• Supporting students with additional learning needs
• Working on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
• Encouraging confidence, engagement and independence
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
• Assisting teachers within the classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with children or young people
• Patient, caring and resilient nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for inclusion and supporting additional needs
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
