Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher ready to make a meaningful impact during a key stage of primary education? We are seeking a committed, child-centred teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in High Wycombe this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils as they develop confidence, independence, and secure foundations in Key Stage 2, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
About the Role
As a Year 4 Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom where every child feels valued
- Use adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations for learning and conduct
- Assess pupil progress effectively and use data to inform planning
You will work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a broad, balanced, and creative curriculum that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.

- A reflective and enthusiastic primary practitioner
- Confident teaching Year 4 / lower KS2 curriculum content
- Skilled in differentiation and supporting mixed-ability classes
- Strong in behaviour management and classroom organisation
- Committed to pupil progress, wellbeing, and safeguarding
- An excellent communicator who builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Keen to engage in professional development and contribute to whole-school improvement
