Salary: £95–£120 per day

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils with behavioural needs, helping them stay engaged and manage their actions in a structured environment.
Key responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support
Work with pupils with SEMH needs
Implement behaviour strategies and plans
Build positive, consistent relationships
Support de-escalation and emotional regulation
Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams
Track behaviour and progress
The classroom environment
Structured and consistent
