What you’ll be doing
- Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience welcomed).
- Bring texts to life, encouraging critical thinking, discussion, and confident written expression.
- Plan purposeful and well-structured lessons that stretch and support all learners.
- Track and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching and raise achievement.
- Create a positive and focused classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the wider work of the English department.
- Support enrichment opportunities such as reading initiatives, clubs, or theatre trips.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
