We are seeking a passionate and committed Maths Teacher to join a thriving and highly regarded secondary school in Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire, starting September 2026. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners and support their progress
Assess, monitor, and report on student performance, providing constructive and timely feedback
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive and stimulating learning environment
Participate in departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and whole-school events
Contribute actively to the development of the Maths curriculum and support extra-curricular activities
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Mathematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate, inspire, and support students of varying abilities
Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining high standards
Organised, reflective, proactive, and adaptable
