Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a motivated Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school, where you’ll play a key role in providing children with a positive and engaging start to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
  • Assess, monitor, and record children’s progress, using observations and assessment data to inform planning and support individual learning needs.
  • Encourage children’s curiosity, confidence, independence, and love of learning through high-quality teaching and purposeful play.
  • Promote positive behaviour and support the development of children’s social skills in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to provide the best possible learning experiences for every child.
  • Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development, ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do.
  • Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality Early Years education.
  • Committed to supporting every child’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • A confident and effective classroom practitioner with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experienced in planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons that inspire young learners.
  • Able to build positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable in their approach to teaching.
  • Dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported to achieve their full potential.
