Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
- Differentiate teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall ethos and success of the school
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Strong understanding of current educational practices and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about making a lasting impact on children’s education and wellbeing
