We are seeking a Maths Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in the Portsmouth area. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students build confidence and strong problem-solving abilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Supporting students to develop confidence and reasoning skills
• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies
• Contributing to curriculum planning and development
• Creating a positive and structured classroom environment
• Supporting students of all abilities
• Working collaboratively within the department

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Ability to motivate and challenge learners
• A proactive and reflective approach
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
