Primary Teacher – Daily Supply Cover – Watford

Supply Desk are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated Primary Teachers to work on a daily supply basis across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Watford.
This flexible role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy variety and are looking for a healthy work-life balance while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), daily supply offers the opportunity to work across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, gaining experience in a range of school settings.
As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the school day. You will have the flexibility to choose the days that suit your availability while building relationships with local schools and broadening your classroom experience.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom routines.
- Provide feedback to school staff regarding pupil engagement and progress during the day.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
- Passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Knowledge and promotion of safeguarding practices.
