Supply Desk is recruiting an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teacher for a highly regarded specialist provision in Buckingham, starting in September 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering creative and engaging lessons adapted to individual learning needs.
  • Supporting pupils to develop both academically and personally.
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Implementing innovative strategies to support learning and behaviour.
  • Helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working with SEND pupils in either mainstream or specialist settings.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive education.
