What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering creative and engaging lessons adapted to individual learning needs.
- Supporting pupils to develop both academically and personally.
- Working closely with teaching assistants and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Implementing innovative strategies to support learning and behaviour.
- Helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with SEND pupils in either mainstream or specialist settings.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
