About the Role
Supply Desk is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist or inclusive school in the Chichester area.

You’ll deliver engaging and accessible lessons while working alongside experienced support staff to provide a structured and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver personalised and engaging lessons.
- Teach pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Adapt learning to meet individual abilities and EHCP targets.
- Develop positive relationships with pupils.
- Promote independence, resilience and confidence.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs and other professionals.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
Candidate Requirements
- QTS or recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with pupils with SEN is desirable.
- Strong understanding of adaptive teaching.
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
- Patient, creative and flexible approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
