EAL Support Staff
English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support is a growing sector in the British education system.
The number of students who speak foreign languages at home has risen by 20% in the last 5 years. For many years we have been placing our highly regarded EAL Support Staff in a wide range of schools across the country, helping students and their families access all aspects of school life quickly and confidently. EAL Support jobs are typically 1-on-1 or small group interventions, to help children settle into their mainstream classrooms, and the job-satisfaction is immense.
Typical EAL support roles we recruit for include (but are not limited to):
-
Language Buddies (who speak a child’s home language)
-
EAL Specialists
-
English Specialists
